Tenant Fees

Holding Deposit (per tenancy) - One Weeks Rent

Security Deposit (per tenancy) - Rent under £50,000 per year - Five weeks' rent
Security Deposit (per tenancy) - Rent of £50,000 or over per year - Six weeks' rent

Unpaid Rent - Interest at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate

Lost Key(s) or other Security Device(s) - Actual cost of replacing key(s), security device(s) If locks require to be changed then actual cost of locksmith, new lock and all replacement keys required for all parties chargeable to tenant. Extra costs £15 per hour
(inc.VAT) for any time taken replacing lost key(s) or other security devices.

Variation of Contract (Tenants Request) - £50 (inc.VAT) per agreed variation

Variation of sharer (Tenants Request) - £50 (inc.VAT) per replacement tenant of any reasonable costs incurred if higher.

Early termination (Tenant's request) - On landlord agreement - All landlords costs in reletting the property as well as all rent due under the tenancy until the start date of the replacement tenancy. These costs will be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy.
